Dear Owensmouth High School Families,
Welcome to Week 11! Here are our updates and key announcements for the week ahead:
Parent-Teacher Conferences
- We are continuing parent conferences this week. If you need to schedule or confirm your appointment time, please call our front office at (818) 340-7663.
School Site Council Meeting
- Our next School Site Council meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 20, at 1:15 PM.
College Fair
- We are hosting a College Fair for students on Thursday, October 22, during lunch at 11:00 AM. This is a great opportunity for students to gather information and explore post-secondary options.
50th Day of School Celebration
- On Friday, we are celebrating our 50th day of school! Students and staff are invited to dress up in 180°C / 50s-themed outfits (think leather jackets, poodle skirts, or retro tees). We will also be serving soda pop floats during lunch!
Monthly PBIS & Restorative Practices Theme
- Throughout October, we continue our focus on Responsibility. We encourage families to reinforce this theme at home by discussing how taking ownership of our actions, schoolwork, and community builds trust and success.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support. Have a wonderful week!
